Conflict of Interest Questionnaire
Effective January 1, 2006, Texas Local Government Code Chapter 176 requires all vendors or potential vendors of the District to fill out and file a form questionnaire developed by the State Ethics Commission. The form must be filed with the district.

In accordance with the Chapter 176 all questionnaires must be posted on the District's website (above).
